GARY A. WILLETT - LEAD PASTOR OF PHBC

Entered the world of PHBC
August 17, 1997

Who Am I?
I am a child of God desperate to see His kingdom come and His will done in and through my life, especially as it relates to being part of fulfilling the Great Commission in my lifetime. I am one ready and willing to take an active, direct, and intentional role in equipping and empowering the Body of Christ to engage and impact the "unchurched" and "dechurched" of North America with a relevant and relational Jesus that can be embraced and accepted as their own.
It is my destiny to reach out to and help rescue the lost and weary, but also to help refocus and provide a place for a renewed spirit in the Body of Christ in North America. To call for and help lead the Bride of Christ to return to her first love, Jesus, so that we will do whatever it takes to finish the unfinished task of making disciples of all the nations in this day and age.
I am a leading the way as I am being led by Him. There is no looking back, no returning to yesteryear, no time to play church. I am ready and committed to be an agent of life-changing ministry in North America, for the glory of God and for the salvation of millions in these incredible days of transformation. I am a child of God walking by faith, abiding in Him, surrendered to His Lordship, determined to follow Him in full devotion until the job is completed!

Entered the world of PHBC - Summer of 1998

Who Am I?
I am an imperfect child of God that has been saved by His grace, developing into a fully devoted follower of Christ. My goal in life is "to make a difference" in other people's lives by helping them receive the precious gift of God, eternal life, and to help them become fully devoted followers of Christ because in the end the most important thing will be our relationship with Jesus Christ. I am a life-long resident of Charles County (western side) and I would love to see my hometown reached for Christ.
I am also a husband to my wife Joyce; a father to my children Noelle, Benjamin and Grace; son to my parents, John and Janet Ferrell; and a brother to Jonathan and Jeremy Ferrell.
