The major objective of PHCA is to provide and promote educational and spiritual growth in children.  We view our position as a support to your home by educating and training your child with you.  Academic and conduct standards are, without apology, very high.  Attendance at this school is a privilege and not a right.  The school will train all students in the highest principles of moral character, self discipline, individual responsibility, personal integrity, and good citizenship.  A weekly Chapel time for all students is one of the avenues that helps to reinforce these principles.
