On the Job Training

We believe all members should serve in a ministry but how do you know what ministry fits your SHAPE?  We believe you need On the Job Training.  Find a ministry that needs help and try it out.  Let someone show you the ropes and see if it fits your SHAPE.  If it is a fit then continue in that ministry, if it doesn't then find another ministry in which you can serve and see if that is a better fit.  The goal is to find a ministry that matches your SHAPE.
